Internal Family Systems (IFS)
IFS helps people access their higher self and, from that foundational core, come to understand the different aspects or parts of themselves. Some of these parts may have been abandoned or exiled in childhood and others may have taken on a protective role to defend the exiled parts. These dynamics can create certain beliefs and behavioral patterns that no longer serve us. IFS helps us to regain sovereignty, embrace and regulate our different parts, and more successfully navigate mature relationships.
Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT)
EFT considers interpersonal attachment as a primary motivation for our survival and well being. The full expression of love between adults includes attachment, care-giving, and intimacy. EFT will help you better communicate and more deeply connect with those you love.
