Internal Family Systems

IFS helps people access their higher self and, from that foundational core, come to understand the different aspects or parts of themselves. Some of these parts may have been abandoned or exiled in childhood and others may have taken on defensive roles to protect the abandoned parts. This can create unconscious competing interests and turbulence both within ourselves and our relationships. IFS helps us to regain sovereignty, embrace and regulate our different aspects, and more successfully navigate mature relationships.

EFT aims to cultivate sound attachment strategies for better communication and deeper connection with those we love.
